Our survey scanning service saves you hours of work after your conference
With our Paper Survey Scanning Service we design and print your survey questionnaires and later scan the filled in questionnaires and tabulate the survey data for you. Your responsibility will be to hand out and collect the survey questionnaires at the conference itself. After the conference you simply send us the filled-in survey questionnaires and a couple of days later we will email you tabulation reports.

You never have to run out of forms. And if you want the convenience of just having us print the questionnaires and send them to the conference location we can do that, too. The simplicity of printing a ubiquitous PDF file means you can adapt the printing process to your time table, budget and preference.
Scanning, tabulating, reporting – that’s our Paper Survey Scanning Service
After the conference, just pack up the survey questionnaires and send them to us. We will scan your questionnaires and tabulate them. Within 3 business days* we will have completed your project and will send you a report, usually in form of an Excel spreadsheet or csv file.
The process is simple and very reliable. If you want you can get a copy of our tabulation spreadsheet, which allows you to view the image of the captured questionnaire and the data we read side by side. This makes data verification extremely easy. As part of our normal review process we review all questionnaires with double-marks and a suspiciously high number of blanks (which is a good indicator that the attendee did not properly mark the forms).
