Data from the image of the scanned form is dropped directly into the customized Excel spreadsheet. Here it can be reviewed and edited. Reports are generated by the click of a button.
Images of the scanned forms are visible in a separate Excel window to the right of the main RECORDS worksheet. The form image is updated by placing the cursor in the desired row of the RECORDS worksheet (left) and clicking the (light green) ‘View’ button.
