Overview
Scoring SAT, ACT,... practice exams using the BubbleScan solution requires the following components:
BubbleScan-compatible OMR forms
We provide these in PDF format and you print them locally on your (color) laser printer.

Document Scanner or MFP
After students fill in the paper forms, you scan them using any document scanner or copier with scanning capabilities. Be aware: many copiers do not 'DROP OUT RED', i.e. they cannot filter out the red color and cannot be used with our red forms.

BubbleScan OMR software
Our Windows-software is responsible for reading the marked bubbles on scanned images (PDF or TIF) and writing the data into Excel. BubbleScan OMR is able to communicate directly with TWAIN-compatible scanners or can simply monitor a folder for (PDF or TIF) images sent by a networked scanner/MFP.

SAT, ACT, PSAT or SubjSAT scoring spreadsheets
Our Excel spreadsheets require Excel 2010 or newer. They are the 'brains' of our solution. Inside our spreadsheets we grade the data received from the BubbleScan OMR software and generate reports.

Online Score Tracker (optional)
This hosted web service allows you to upload student reports and score data and share them online with students (and parents). Watch for some exiting updates throughout the year.
