Names

The student names displayed in our Student Reports are based on the lists entered into the Names worksheet.

You may enter students manually or copy/paste from another spreadsheet.

Any of the data can be freely edited and overridden. It is not necessary to maintain a particular order to the list.

The student IDs can consist of any number up to 6 digits.

In addition to the ID, first and last name, each student can be assigned to a 'class'. This designation is later used when generating the Analysis report.

When you have created a student list, you can export it using the button labeled "Export Names".

The "Import Names" button is used to import a names list that was previously exported. It does not allow you to import a names list generated with another program.

The Essay Scores are entered later when an actual test is graded.
