Bubble Sheets

We provide colored (red) bubble sheets and more economical black/white bubble sheets. Both can be printed on your (color) laser printer.

You may use either one or both during scanning. However, when you later scan the red bubble sheets you will need to 'drop out red'. This is a setting found on most desktop scanners that allows you to filter out any printing in red color from the scan. Many copiers with scanning capability (Multi-Function Printers) do not have the 'drop out red' feature!

When printing, make sure to print at 100% of the original size. The BubbleScan OMR software is able to to correctly process 'shrunk' pages, but best results are obtained when you start with the best possible original.

Depending on your version of Adobe Reader, the setting is called 'Page Scaling: None' or 'Actual Size'.
